1999 Ford F-250 TxDOT Light

Hello,Got a clean title 1999 Ford F-250 TxDOT Light Duty Work Series, former TxDOT vehicle. It has a long bed with bed liner. It has the same body style as the F-150 but is classified as F-250, has 7-lug wheels, before rear suspension, and I believe a higher towing/payload capacity. Comes with 1 original key and 1 backup key (no start). It has some unique things such as a backup mirror cam (can't confirm if its still working, and an extra fuel door for propane(?)). It is currently parked at an apartment complex, down at the moment, needing what I believe is the fuel pump. It could turn on, but no crank. It ran and drove fine previously. New 12V battery was replaced earlier this year, may need charge. Clean CarFax, regular service/repairs at Ford dealerships from 1999 to 2023 with regular oil changes. No yearly inspection required since the vehicle is older than 25 years of age. Its a great truck if you can get it running. $3000 OBO. As-is, where-is. Must be willing to go to Chase Bank to do the monetary exchange for keys.Bring a tow truck or trailer. Maybe jumper cables. Currently parked head-in.
