2004 Chevrolet Express campervan

Selling my mostly-converted-but-still-a-blank-canvas campervan - was asking $7500 (also a great deal), but I just need it gone as I am leaving town asap… Starts and runs well with brand new battery.She’s a beaut with a lot of potential, but my body is super sensitive, and I realized about a year ago I was reacting to something in it - not but may just be the stuff from my parents’ house, which I am deathly allergic to… - but anyway it has been sitting since then. I wanted to clean it up and fix some things before selling it, but I can’t afford the exposures, and so am willing to just give someone a deal on it instead because I need it gone.So it’s like buying a van and a storage unit all in one! You can keep the surfboard and wetsuit, there’s a cordless power drill and saw, and who knows what else you will find (I’d request if you find any sentimentals to pass them onto me).Other than that, she’s got:- solar electrical system: 300W solar, Dc50 solar power controller, 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery, and 700W inverter. I have a 12V fuse box as well but never got it installed (some fun for you!)- fridge- natural bed made from hemp hulls- natural insulation, sheep’s wool- aftermarket seats (the passenger slider needs adjusted; easy I just can’t afford the exposures to get it done)- blacked out dash and doors in cabin- really nice wood from my aunt’s barn in Redline, IowaThe issues:- sat for the last year since I realized I was allergic- ceiling boards need re-attached. Looks terrible but is not a huge deal; again I just can’t afford the exposure to do it. Boards are heavy and need more screws than I gave them- some other boards need re-attached, I really should have done this before the pictures I guess but like I said I can’t afford the exposure right now, but I do have those wall boards that are out, they slot right in and it looks pretty nice. The floor is beautiful, I didn’t get a pic (and I also had a really nice bedframe get stolen…), but bed still works and it’s livable as is, but with room for carpentry as well- needs new headliner, I took the other one out in case it was contributing to the allergies- front tires need replaced, at least one; it wore unevenly after my last alignment…A great project van / storage unit buy for the right person!! I bought this van for $9,750 and added the electrical system, wood, wool, and other aftermarket things, and didn’t put much mileage on… so there should be good value here!
