While the cosmetics inside and out are rough and the engine currently needs work, the truck is loaded with thousands of dollars in premium, top-tier performance parts. I have all paperwork, receipts, and build documentation in hand to prove the legitimacy of this engine build.Current Condition & Transparency• Mechanical: The truck starts beautifully and runs incredibly strong. However, the cooling system is pressurizing under heavy acceleration/load, indicating it will need a head gasket refresh.• Exterior: Rough condition. Clearcoat is peeling, and there are typical minor to mild surface rust spots. The frame is completely solid. The frame has been strengthened/stiffened with a sub-frame to reduce freeway hop.• Interior: The Lariat leather cabin is rough with notable wear and tear. The A/C still blows ice-cold.• Paperwork: Clean title in hand alongside the complete engine build receipt folder.• Fuel & Filtration: AirDog II fuel pump system with integrated filtration setup feeding a set of almost new (less than 1000 miles) Warren Diesel 190/30 fuel injectors. Fuel filter and water separator heaters installed.• Oil System: Adrenaline II High-Pressure Oil Pump (HPOP).• Turbocharger: KC Turbos Stage II ball-bearing turbo. Also have rebuilt stage 1.5 Garret turbo with KC internals that can be used for California SMOG compliance. Metal intercooler pipes, silicone boots.• Block & Cam: Mahle .020" oversized pistons, rotating assembly balanced to less than 1 gram, and a Colt Stage II performance camshaft.• Heads & Studs: Ported and polished heads, O-ringed for a tight seal, clamped down with ARP head studs (top and bottom).• Tuning: SCT programmer loaded with custom tunes (towing, MPD, SPD, with towhaul OD lockout, and others). Typically run on a tow tune or MPD with limited injection duration(400ish RWHP). SPD is more like 500 RWHP. Tow Tune and MPD with KC stage II turbo run very clean, even wide open. SPD with 2.7ms injection duration will blow black smoke at high thottle before the turbo spools. There are temperature senders in each manifold to monitor EGT, but only one can be plugged in at a time.• Cooling: Heavy-duty IPR 3-inch radiator and a Bullet Proof Diesel billet water pump. Runs Rotella ELC Nitrate Free. Mishimoto oversized transmission cooler. Mishimoto metal degas bottle, metal Y pipe. Blue wire mod done for selectable 100%/auto radiator fan lockup.• Electrical: DC Power 250-amp high-output alternator paired with heavy-duty Optima Blue Top Group 31 batteries. Dashboard reworked with LED backlights when engine was rebuilt, all dashboard lights work. Headlights morimoto projectors retrofit with 55W ballasts, very even illumination headlights with sharp cutoff to eliminate glare to oncoming drivers. After installing these, I rarely used my offroad lights as these were plenty even on dark desert roads. Light mounting bull bar still installed. I still have the Hella rallye 4000i spot and wide lights for this which I would be willing to sell for an additional price.Drivetrain & Heavy Towing Upgrades• Gear Vendors Overdrive: Auxiliary overdrive unit that drastically lowers highway RPMs for superior fuel economy and engine longevity (worth thousands alone). This is also great for towing as it gives a gear between each gear if needed. Selectable manual or auto mode, typical auto mode shift is 1-2-3-4-4th over (45 MPH) - 5th over (70 MPH). Manual allows OD to be selected in any gear above 25MPH. Gear Ratios:1st: 3.091st over: 2.412nd: 2.202nd over: 1.713rd: 1.533rd over: 1.194th: 1.004th over: .785th: .715th over: .55(GV Overdrive never used for engine braking)• Oil changes done with filter change every 3000-5000 miles since rebuild with Rotella T6• Rubber: High-quality Michelin tires with plenty of tread depth left.• Hitches: Curt Xtra Duty 2-inch receiver rated for 17,000 lbs, plus Reese 27,000 lbs fifth-wheel rails pre-installed in the short bed on Reese 27,000 lbs custom underbed mounts. I am throwing in a curt R16 slider. You'll need to put an A16 or similar hitch on the slider.• Suspension: Air Lift 5000 lbs helper airbags and built in manual airbag controller and compressor. Highest I have towed in 16,000 lbs 5th Solitude 5th wheel, which it tows easily in the tow tune, even at altitude in the Sierra or over the Rockies.• Cabin Controls: Factory integrated trailer brake controller, auxiliary upfitter switches, and factory Tow Button overdrive lockout. Wiring still in place but switches removed (part of center console that had HAM radios) for Stationary Elevated Idle Control and selectable 1200, 1500, and 1800 rpm.This truck is an absolute goldmine of premium components for a mechanic or builder looking for an incredible project or a bulletproof tow rig platform. Gets started and driven around several times a month. If lightfooting it on the freeway, quite capable of getting 20-21 MPG, and with higher speeds still holds 18 MPG.
