2015 Ford Transit Campervan highroof

Description

This is a 2015 Transit High Roof Medium Wheelbase, 3.7L, and it is full-time ready. It is super comfortable. My brother and I built it with 80/20 aluminum which makes it much quieter, lighter, and stronger than a standard wood build. It has 200W solar, 500W Victron inverter, 100/30 Victron charge controller, 230ah Li Battery, 60Ah DC-DC charger, TF 130 Truck Fridge with 4.6 cu ft capacity (12v, low draw!), propane stove, Propex heater which does not create condensation in the van, Dometic roof top vent and electric fan, bunk window, nice deep sink with a tall faucet, strong water pump, 18-gals freshwater tank, easy freshwater filler inlet on the side, 15 gals external grey water tank located under the chassis. Poynting 5-in-1 rooftop antenna for connecting to your cellular router for internet. I use the GL.inet Spitz AX (GL-X3000). One year old Falken Wildpeak 245 75r16 tires are in great shape, along with new brakes. The van was built with the bed high enough to accommodate at least two mountain bikes in the garage (under the bed). The bed is the size of a full-size mattress with a forward-facing bench seat in front of the bed. The interior roof has 6’5” standing height clearance. Comes with insulated window coverings around the entire perimeter so that you can turn on your interior lights at night and remain stealthy. The van is insulated floor to ceiling with Thinsulate insulation. There are no leaks, no mold, rust, and there have been no pets. The insulation helps keep the temperature regulated, dampens outside noise, and makes it very quiet when sleeping. The swing away Lagun table from the sliding door can be used as a standing desk or for serving food/drinks. The passenger seat is on a swivel so you can sit facing the living area when relaxing, working or watching TV on the swing away monitor. Tons of storage in this van and soft close overhead cabinets. Also has a tow hitch wired for trailer lights if needed. It is truly a tiny home on wheels. There are a couple of small dents on the back door and a scratch and dent on the sliding door which don't stand out very much. These could be covered up with side decals if needed. Although it does have some dings, and over 200k miles, I have maintained it meticulously, as did the owner before me. It gets around 15mpg and I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere across country. There are a couple of unfinished areas in the van but everything works great. You can also park this in a normal parking spot. I have owned it for five years and I built this with the perfect configuration for full-time living and remote working. I am only selling because I am moving outside of the United States and cannot keep it anymore.
