The Duramax runs flawlessly.- Transmission Quirk: 5 years ago, a transmission cooler line popped off. It was immediately fixed/replaced and has driven perfectly ever since. Because of that brief pressure drop, it has a slightly hard shift into Drive every once in a while. To prevent any further wear, the transmission fluid has been strictly flushed and changed every 12,000 miles. It has been 100% stable for 5 years. Price heavily reflects this.- Body/Interior: Was used as a light duty work truck, so expect a few tiny dings and paint chips. The tailgate has a small "ghosted" paint discoloration from a previous business vinyl wrap (see photos), but paint is fully intact. Driver’s seat cloth has a typical small tear on the entry seam.-Remote Control Door Lock Receiver (RCDLR) Module no longer works and needs to be replaced. The only thing this is affecting is the remote key fob does not work and the (TPMS) tire pressure monitor system is not working, as they both communicate with the RCDLR module. The truck has a standard key along with the key fob so that will get you into the locked doors and start the vehicle, unless you replace that module. It was about $400 for the module if i recall, and I have already priced the vehicle to account for this needing to be replaced.This is a turn-key, rare diesel truck ready for its next owner. Perfect for an enthusiast, commuter, or someone needing heavy utility without full-size truck fuel costs.
